The Comox Valley Transition Society is a feminist non-profit agency committed to making a positive contribution to the lives of women and their children. We offer supportive programs that provide safety, security and promote personal well-being and the prevention of violence, through the provision of a safe shelter, counselling, education, and advocacy.
The Comox Valley Transition Society provides services in the Comox, Cumberland and Courtenay and surrounding areas including Denman and Hornby Islands, to women and chirldren who have experienced violence. Every year over 1500 women and children seek support to deal with issues arising from abuse and violence. The Comox Valley Transition Society is here to help.
