Stepping It Up: Strategies for Strengthening Your Programs

Girls Action Foundation presents

In Montreal on Friday September 25th, 2015

Stepping It Up: Strategies for Strengthening Your Programs, was a daylong networking meet-up for youth serving organizations in Quebec. This one day networking event brought together groups and service providers to identify key issues facing girls and young women, share skills and exchange tools. Taking part  strengthened participant's network and increased opportunities for collaboration moving forward. Please note that this event was in English only.

Participating in the event allowed participants to:

  • Network and connect with 15 to 20 other youth serving organizations in Quebec;
  • Increase knowledge and skills related to working with girls and young women;
  • Take part in panel discussions and skill building workshop;
  • Learn about Girls Action’s special projects, resources and tools.

The event took place in Montreal on Friday September 25th, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Girls Action offices located at 24 Mont Royal Avenue West. The networking day was followed by a celebratory cocktail from 5 to 7 pm marking Girls Action’s 20th year and the launch of Data Spark, our new shared measurement bilingual platform for evaluating girls programs.  Those attending the daylong event were invited to join the cocktail reception as well.
