Fire and grace workshops - 2007

We invite you to join us for Fire and Grace; a weekly workshop that uses flamenco movement to deepen our connection to our bodies and their voices. Together we will embark on an exploration that will engage us in movement, reflection and sharing. Girls and women of all ages are welcome!

We invite you to join us for Fire and Grace; a weekly workshop that uses flamenco movement to deepen our connection to our bodies and their voices. Together we will embark on an exploration that will engage us in movement, reflection and sharing. Girls and women of all ages are welcome! Flamenco is the embodiment of proud and passionate self-expression. It is also a community oriented art form that encourages an exploration of our unique voice within a larger group. We will use Flamenco movement to access our own fiery essence! The emphasis is on developing our own sense of Fire and Grace. Each class will consist of one hour of movement followed by a half-hour long discussion period that will encourage reflection on our expression as women and as leaders.

Dates

• Autumn Session- theme: GROUNDING: Sept.25- Dec.18 (13 weeks)   
• Winter Session- theme: DEEPENING: Jan.15-Mar.18 (10 weeks)   
• Spring Session- theme: CREATING: Apr.1-June 3 (10 weeks)

  The weekly workshops will take place on Tuesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

  Cost: 10$ per class
